Harry Potter has been the source of much geek humor in recent years. It’s newer than Star Wars, and arguably so much more nuanced given the capabilities of its writer in comparison to old George Lucas.
My slagging of Lucas aside, the Harry Potter series really is that in-depth and worthy of many, many jokes—some of which we’ve decided to cover here because we liked them so much that they made us unashamed to say we like the young wizard in round-framed glasses more than Star Wars.
